We're committed to providing our customers with the best tools in the industry, both in the office and the field. As always, lots more coming soon and we appreciate you! **Home Screen Navigation Redesigned**   **New Technician Permissions**   - **Can access scheduling screen** Tech can access the new scheduling section in app - **Can view other technician's routes** Tech can view all routes for all technicians *(if they don't have this permission, they can only view their own routes)* - **Can assign & remove technicians from routes** Tech can change who is assigned to which routes - **Can move & schedule jobs / route stop** Tech can move & schedule jobs / route stops to any route they have permission to view - **Can view unscheduled jobs / route stops** Tech can open the "Unscheduled" section at the top of the screen to view jobs and route stops that haven't been placed on a route yet - **Can view future dates** Tech can view scheduling for any future date they want *(if they don't have this permission, they can only view today's date)* - **Can mark jobs to be skipped** Tech can mark any job / route stop they have permission to view as "Skipped".
