Our previous processor (Paya) was acquired by Nuvei and up until now, we've been using Paya's framework. We are now switching to Nuvei's framework as they are a larger company with more support resources, a better reporting dashboard, and other additional features.
You can now automatically apply a processing fee for customers who pay with a credit card. Please note: This applies only to available those who process through our newly launched processor, Nuvei (not Paya who is owned by Nuvei).
We'll be offering assistance with switching from Paya to Nuvei for those who want to do so in the coming months.
Technicians can now create new customers directly from the app
